Operate fleshing machine
- Thickness control
- Handle various species, such as fox, wolf, bear, beaver, otter, etc.
- Tannery knowledge in chemistry, fur finishing, or experience in skinning
- Shave duties
- Notify supervisor or mechanic of equipment malfunctions
- Operate and feed a variety of machines
- Set up, maintain and make minor repairs to machinery
- Push carts, trucks or cans of fibres from one work area to another
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Investigate machine stoppages
- Assist machine operators and other textile workers as required
- Examine products for defects to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Shave hides to uniform thickness
- Train other workers
- Sharpen circular blades
Salary : $ per hour CAD / around 40 hours per week.

Education : Some secondary school is required.Experience : A minimum of 36 months of experience is required.
