Automotive Specialist
Position Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Alloy Wheel Fitment Specialist to join our team at the Ottawa Distribution Center.
If you have expertise in alloy wheels, vehicle fitments, and enjoy supporting sales with technical knowledge, this role may be a great fit.
As a key technical advisor, you will help our sales teams make accurate fitment recommendations and ensure that our product data is precise and accessible on our B2B platform to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a technical resource for sales teams, providing guidance on aftermarket alloy wheel fitments and compatibility for various vehicle models.
- Provide prompt support to inside and outside sales teams, addressing product inquiries and compatibility questions.
- Manage and update alloy wheel and vehicle compatibility data on our B2B platform to ensure accuracy and ease of use for customers.
- Work closely with product development and data teams to refine and optimize fitment information, contributing to sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and updates of B2B data to ensure all fitment details are current and accurate.
- Assist customer service teams with technical product insights when needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in the aftermarket automotive industry, with a focus on alloy wheels and vehicle fitments.
- Strong understanding of vehicle specifications and wheel compatibility.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical details for a variety of audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing technical data.
- Familiarity with B2B platforms and databases is a strong asset.
