We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec and Nova Scotia.
Presently we own/manage over $2 billion in residential assets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working self-starter for the position of Financial Analyst .
Reports to: Controller Key Responsibilities: · Revenue Analytics - Support rent increase process by reviewing and analyzing Capital Expenditures · Budgeting and forecasting – plan, organize and support the budgeting process by preparing of utility and revenue budgets using complex financial models.
Review variances and provide reports on consumption trends.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be: · Business Management degree · CPA designation or working towards it.
