Our client, a company with an excellent reputation in development, construction and management of large-scale Canadian real estate projects, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its professionals. YOUR ROLE:As a Real Estate Commercial Paralegal reporting directly to the Vice President, Legal Affairs, you will work with lawyers, leasing agents and managers malls. Your main responsibilities will include:Draft and revise legal documentation, including lease offers, commercial leases, lease renewals, sublet agreements;Manage deadlines and follow up files;Maintain and complete documentation related to commercial leases;Prepare lease summaries and update tenant charge summaries;Perform weekly follow-ups of the files signed by the clientele;Conduct various searches, particularly in the Land Registry, and participate in due diligence. SKILLS REQUIRED:Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Paralegal Technology;Commercial real estate experience;Good level of bilingualism, French and English (spoken and written);Writing and legal research skills;Good organizational skills, priority management;Autonomy and professionalism.
