What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration

Participating in the production and verification of related tasks

Training and coaching your fellow team members

Managing and monitoring the budget

Boosting client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees

Assisting the team in executing various special projects

Proposing innovative methods for improving our processes

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with passion, experience, and the right qualifications. Here’s what you’ll need :

A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration

A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related field

A talent for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients

Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail

Exceptional organizational and resourceful skills

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Highly developed customer service abilities

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (bilingualism is an asset)

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, OneNote)
