Make an impact with our Technology - Infrastructure team as a Cyber Security Architect. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers enables MNP to take a proactive and prepared approach to cyber crime and capitalize on new technologies and innovations. Responsibilities
- Design, test, and implement security controls to protect against identified threats and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with Security Architects, Cyber Intelligence teams, and IT departments to address gaps in technical security and enhance security practices and standards
- Conduct Information Security risk assessments and participate in incident response and investigation efforts, offering remediation recommendations as needed
- Ensure adherence to the organization’s security governance processes to support long-term security strategy and risk management
- Engage in threat modeling for services and applications, assessing risks and data sensitivity to inform security measures
- Elevate the security posture by aligning with international standards and adopting industry best practices
- Play a key role in increasing the security posture and aligning with international standards and industry best practices
- Continuously monitor current and emerging security threats
- Identify security architecture capabilities and design patterns to effectively mitigate threats
- Work closely with application team to embed security controls into software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards for cyber security controls across the firm
Skills and Experience
At least 7 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years of experience in security architectureCertifications in one or more of the following :CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)In-depth knowledge of cyber security trends and technologies, particularly in the telecommunications industryExpertise in Identity and Access Management, including Microsoft Entra ID secure configurations and IAM best practicesProven experience in Enterprise Security Architecture or Risk Management (technical) in large organizationsExperience transitioning from internal technology solutions to cloud-based and partner-led solutionsProficient in security risk analysis and with NIST 800-53 controlsStrong knowledge in Azure cloud security assessment and architectureFamiliarity with regular expressions, Python, and PowerShell is considered an assetAbility to adapt in a dynamic environment and make informed decisions independently
