We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, with a proven track record of building resilient, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on Azure.
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS) and ensure their optimal performance.
Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with SecOps to integrate security best practices into the DevOps workflow.
Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience on Terraform, Helm, Azure, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Technical Skills :

Kubernetes :

Proficiency with Helm (or other templating technologies like Jinja, Terraform templates).

Experience managing clusters as an administrator.

Knowledge of default Kubernetes components, deployments, ingress, and services.

Cloud :

Expertise in Terraform.

Mandatory Azure, working knowledge of AWS an asset.

Basic security knowledge.

Datadog familiarity is an asset.

Scripting / Programming :

Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash.

Good knowledge of Python.

Experience with Go is a plus.

CI / CD :

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub Actions.

Ability to implement security checks and policy management.

Capability to add new features, tests, and linting to CI / CD pipelines.

Software Development Life Cycle :

Adherence to good PR review etiquette :

Always create a PR.

Avoid pushing directly to the main branch (with some exceptions).

Ensure code is tested locally and / or in a sandbox environment before release.

General Skills :

Experience Required : 3-5 years

Strong troubleshooting skills :

Ability to read and analyze logs.

Reproduce errors and document solutions in Jira for long-term resolution.

Code style :

Write simple, maintainable, and extensible code.

Ensure code is linted and follows best practices.

Languages : Experience with .NET and Python for compiling / building applications.

Soft Skills :

Self-taught and continuously learning.

Ability to simplify complex solutions.

Proactive in improving existing workflows and automating manual steps.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Understand and apply best practices effectively.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
