Now Hiring: Accounting & Finance Professionals (Entry Level to Executive)
Job Types: Permanent, Temp-to-Perm, and Temporary Contracts

Locations: On-site, or Hybrid (BC & AB Hubs: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, Langley, Calgary) & Select Remote Roles

Salary Range: $52,000 – $165,000+ CAD (or $26.00 – $48.00/hr CAD)

Payroll Specialists ($56k – $68k+):
BC Roles: 100% on-site opportunities starting at $68,000. Process full-cycle Canadian payroll, manage compliance, and support operational teams, using ADP, Ceridian Dayforce.
Remote (ON) Roles: $56k–$60k processing multi-province remittances (PD7A), year-end filings (T4/RL-1), and legacy-to-cloud ERP migrations using ADP, or Payworks.

Accounts Payable & Receivable ($52k – $60k / $26–$29/hr): High-volume 3-way PO matching, sub-ledger reconciliations, FX/wire payment runs, and multi-currency billing across automotive, manufacturing, and customs brokerage networks.

Staff & Senior Accountants ($75k – $90k / $36–$48/hr): On-site roles driving full-cycle operations, multi-entity consolidations, inventory/shrink analysis, US/CAD tax filings, historical clean-ups, and bank backlog resolution during active M&A expansion.

Financial Analysts & Operations Finance ($75k – $118k + Bonuses): On-site plant and hybrid FP&A seats owning facility budgets, growth margin analysis, inventory variance postings, and Power BI/SAP workflow automation.

Controllership & Executive Leadership ($105k – $165k): Strategic turnaround and M&A scaling roles. Direct multi-plant/multi-provincial operations, US GAAP/IFRS reporting, transfer pricing, team leadership, and ground-up SOP/internal control builds.

Responsibilities
What We Look For
Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP, Dynamics 365, Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite or advanced Excel (Power Query/XLOOKUPs) for most of it.

Technical Depth: Full-cycle operational experience, cost accounting, inventory, multi-entity tax compliance, or active CPA designation/enrollment.

Execution: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to solving complex backlogs, navigating plant-floor operations, or leading teams through rapid growth.
