Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their Oil & Gas Services team in Calgary on a long-term contract. This role supports high-volume receivables, payment administration, customer communication, and remittance processing.
Responsibilities:
• Update customer payment methods and assist with accurate account setup.
• Prepare vendor documentation and maintain organized receivables records.
• Manage and organize a shared inbox to support efficient follow-up.
• Review remittance information and process high-volume payment correspondence.
• Assist with cheque handling and monthly receivables transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Use SAP and Excel to track receivables activity and support reporting.
• Work independently while maintaining accurate and consistent service levels.
