Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support key enterprise technology initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, facilitate workshops, support software testing and user acceptance activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in business analysis and enterprise software implementations, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience with process improvement, Microsoft Azure Services, and Dynamics 365 CRM will be considered strong assets.

Responsibilities
•Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
•Develop user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
•Facilitate requirements gathering, design, and project workshops.
•Test software solutions and document testing results.
•Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training activities.
•Plan, document, and track project milestones and deliverables.
•Assist with the development and reporting of performance metrics.
•Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
•Support process improvement initiatives and other project-related activities as required.

Qualifications
•University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects.
•Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
•Strong organizational and planning skills.
•Experience with process improvement initiatives is an asset.
•Experience with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics 365 CRM is considered an asset.
