Role Summary
• Lead solution architecture and delivery for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations across banking, insurance, and wealth management engagements
• Own end-to-end technical design, hands-on implementation, integration architecture, and governance for scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce Administrators, Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Integration teams
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders

Architecture & Design
• Lead Salesforce Financial Services Cloud target architecture including:
• Person Account vs. Individual data model

• Define Salesforce security architecture including:
• Role Hierarchy

• Territory Management
• Platform Encryption / Salesforce Shield
• Design API-first and event-driven integration architectures
• Define integration architecture using:
• MuleSoft / API-led Connectivity
• Batch and Near Real-Time Integrations
• Platform Events
• Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Integrate Salesforce with:
• Core Banking Systems
• Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Underwriting Systems
• Custodian Platforms
• Data Warehouses
• Identity Platforms using SSO, SAML, OAuth, and JWT
• Govern enterprise data strategy including:
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• ETL / ELT
• Data Deduplication and Matching
• Data Quality
• Consent Management
• Data Archival and Retention
• Metadata Management
• Ensure non-functional requirements including:
• Performance
• Scalability
• Resiliency
• Observability (Splunk, New Relic)
• Multi-Org / Multi-Geo Strategy
• Compliance with OSFI, PIPEDA, and SOC2
Delivery & Technical Leadership
• Translate business capabilities into solution blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Definition of Done (DoR/DoD) for:
• Customer Onboarding / KYC
• Lending
• Wealth Planning
• Claims
• Contact Center Solutions
• Lead hands-on Salesforce development including:
• Apex
• Flows
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Asynchronous Processing Patterns

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance
