Job description
A company in Dorval is looking to add to their office team.A receptionist
The receptionist performs a lot of office work in support of the company's administration. This individual helps all employees and ensures that visitors and customers have had a pleasant experience. Because the receptionist is easily accessible, they must always act in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
Phones:
- Answering all calls and transfer to appropriate departments as needed
- Filing, scanning, documentation necessary information
- Ability to process transfers to other departments very frequently
- Forward emails from website
- Sending out the mail
-Planning and ordering company food for internal departments
- Data entry of invoices
- Booking Fed Ex or UPS shipments out

Qualifications
-Bilingual English / French (spoken and written) or English with a functional French.
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Comfortable with computers
-Data entry experience
