Position Overview
Responsible and accountable to the Manager of Professional Practice for the provision of outpatient hand therapy in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hospital clinic setting. This position is responsible for all aspects of care delivery, education, program development, and quality of service.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited university program in OT/PT
• Masters in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or equivalent required
• License to practice with the College of Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists of Ontario required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent related experience with acute hand injuries, both surgical and non‑surgical
• Skilled in the management of hand injuries/conditions, both surgical and non‑surgical
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic environment
• Ability to work in a hand therapy model of care environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to participate/lead health service councils and task groups
• Motivation to practice in accordance with the mission and vision of the hospital/health service
• Good work and attendance record
