Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 2 days per week in office (Tuesday and Thursday anchor days), with expectation to move to 4 days in the future

- Contract Duration: 12 months (extension possible; conversion to permanent possible)
- Pay Rate: C$37.00 C$45.00 / Hour (CAD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, core business hours 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (must be available for either shift; majority of working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide middle office trade support across allocation, reconciliation, and inventory balancing functions
- Ensure accurate trade capture, matching, and settlement readiness for equities and derivatives flows
- Act as key control point between Front Office, clients, custodians, and clearing/depository platforms (CDS/DTC)
- Focus on break resolution, risk mitigation (fails/capital), and regulatory timelines (T 1 lifecycle)
- Perform block and step-out allocations across client and internal accounts
- Monitor and resolve exceptions in CTM / matching platforms
- Validate trade economics vs OMS / street records
- Manage DKs, unmatched and unaffirmed trades
- Ensure T 1 allocation / affirmation compliance

Required Skills
- Middle office experience 3 years
- Capital markets (equities) experience 3 years
- Books and records system experience (similar ISM IBM), including platforms such as SOPHIS, FIDESSA, CTM, CDS, DTC
- Excel use and maintain VBA 3 years

Required Experience
- 2 4 years of overall experience
- Minimum 3 years of middle office experience
- Minimum 3 years of capital markets (equities) experience
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Middle office background within equities (capital market space)
- 1 year of CSI document development experience
