Your new role

• Liaising with project teams and vendors to revamp the current website to meet the Government of Canada Accessibility Act.
• Working on fast-turnaround changes, short-term website enhancements or expansions, content migrations, and managing multiple workflows as needed.
• Supporting in resolving moderate to complex content-related website issues or requests.
• Coordinating problem-solving efforts within the team and investigating, analyzing, and remediating requests for operations, security, and maintenance support.
• Recommending and implementing proposed solutions to resolve support requests.
• Performing limited use and application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
• Following standard practices and procedures and performing closely managed work.
• Reporting to a web content team leader or content strategist.
• Assisting with content maintenance and other work as needed.
