Job description
Full-Time Family Nanny / Household Support (Shared Between Two Families) We are seeking a kind-hearted, dependable, and experienced full-time nanny to support two friendly families in Ottawa. The role is shared between two nearby households and involves caring for school-aged children and assisting with light household support. One household includes three children (ages 16, 15, and 9) and two aging grandparents (ages 80 and 88) who live nearby. The second household includes two children (ages 12and 14). Responsibilities include: • Preparing healthy meals (fresh and freezer-ready options) • Driving children to activities or errands within the city • Light support for elderly grandparents as needed around the home • Homework supervision and tutoring for younger children (especially math and English; French is a bonus but not required) • General organization and household assistance We are looking for someone who is warm, patient, organized, and proactive, with strong experience working with children and families. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. This is a full-time position split between two homes with a supportive and respectful family environment.
