Job description

This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing as soon as possible with possible extension and/or permanency

Located 120 kilometres south-east of Perth, Boddington DHS offers courses from Kindergarten to Year 10. We attract students from the local community as well as students from Quindanning, Wandering, Bannister and Crossman. The Role

Boddington DHS is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual to join their friendly and dedicated team as a Teacher – Health and Physical Education (Kindergarten to Year 10). Applicants with either primary or secondary teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant for this position will ideally be student and relationship focused, enthusiastic, innovative and motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The learning environment they create should be engaging, challenging, and caring, and cater for the range of needs which will see all students making progress.

The successful applicant should have high expectations and truly believe that all children can learn and be successful and will pursue excellence in their teaching. They will ideally be committed to putting students first in their decision-making and undertaking the work that is inherent in delivering a motivating and quality educational program.
