Job Title: Sr. Juniper Network Engineer
Type: 6 month contract

Our client is seeking a Sr. Juniper Network Engineer to become a part of their growing team! This is an incredible opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding organization that will utilize cutting edge technology to realize their goals!
Role:
-Day to day support of LAN/WAN, authentication, upgrades, Juniper router implementations and network activities to support the business and provide support for deployed solutions
Skills and Experience
-Degree/Diploma with a focus on Computer Science: JNCP certification an asset
-Excellent English language skills; articulate with strong documentations skills
-5 to 7 years of direct, recent and hands on working experience heavily focused on Juniper technology
-Solid experience working with Routing and Switching
-Strong working knowledge of firewall concepts
-Experience with Juniper switches / routers
-Good working knowledge of network architecture and security
-Good knowledge of the following protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, IPSec, GRE, HSRP, SNMP and PPP, as well as routing protocols EIGRP and OSPF
-Good understanding of Juniper products, firewalls, ACS
-Good knowledge of IP telephony
-Good knowledge of network analysis and surveillance tools, diagnosis
-Good knowledge of network best practices (LAN/WAN, DMZ, security, etc)
-Project implementations experience /team lead skills are an asset
