Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Enter, match, and code supplier invoices; reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Prepare and process payment batches, including cheques and wire transfers
• Apply and allocate incoming customer payments to outstanding invoices
Qualifications:
• Office experience preferred; AP/AR experience is an asset
• Relevant accounting education and/or experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
