Dispatcher / Maintenance Administrator

PWTransit is currently seeking a full-time Dispatcher / Maintenance Administrator for our Kitimat location. Responsible for both scheduling/coordinating our team of drivers and mechanics, this position is tailor-made for an industry professional with a focus on customer service and maintenance support.
The shift for this position is Monday to Friday (30-40 hours per week). Start and end times for shifts are flexible based on the candidate and can be discussed during the interview. Additional hours available to assist with vacation coverage which can include Saturdays.

Maintenance Administrator related Duties:
This position will be based at the PWTransit Facility in Kitimat BC, which is open to the public for the purpose of transit enquiries, lost and found retrieval, etc. The Maintenance Admin part of the job will be responsible for Inventory management, ordering and receiving parts and creating the appropriate PO's. Time allocation between Dispatch and Maintenance is anticipated to be 40% Maintenance and 60% Dispatch.
