In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the service team, ensuring that every order is delivered on time and perfectly presented.

Previous Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. * Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with both the kitchen staff and the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and timely service. * Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure that every dish is prepared and presented correctly before it leaves the kitchen. * Ability to Work Under Pressure: The ability to stay calm and organized in a high-pressure environment, especially during busy service periods, is crucial. * Afternoon Availability: Must be available to work afternoon shifts, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
