This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities Ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards Provide a positive customer experience Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and postal standards Address customer and staff concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner Assist with cash handling and cashier duties necessary Support in merchandising displays, stock rotation, and inventory checks Take initiative to resolve issues and improve store efficiency Qualifications & Skills We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and highly customer service oriented An excellent communicator and team motivator Organized and detail-focused, especially when handling cash or stock Able to take initiative and work independently when needed Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and use stairs as needed Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
