Customer Order Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to accurately enter and manage orders based on customer purchase orders and internal requests for Production and R&D.

This role involves close collaboration with the Production team to monitor ship dates and address any delays.

The successful candidate will communicate order status clearly and promptly to internal departments, sales representatives, project managers, and customers, ensuring transparency and efficient coordination throughout the order fulfillment process.
