You are a highly experienced, people-focused leader who excels in managing multiple operational teams in a fast-paced environment. You balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and take pride in developing high-performing, engaged teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

People Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead Order Picking, Cleaning Facility, and Sanitation teams

• Mentor Supervisors and Lead Hands, supporting career progression

• Set clear roles, expectations, performance standards, and accountability

• Foster strong team collaboration and engagement

• Drive strategy and initiatives to improve employee engagement scores and overall team satisfaction

Planning & KPI Performance

• Own production budgets and KPI performance

• Set annual targets and drive year-over-year improvements

• Oversee labour scheduling, material flow, line optimization, and contingency planning

Operational Compliance

• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3+ years of experience leading multiple departments with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and process improvement

• At least 3+ years of experience coaching and developing direct reports, supporting career growth, and managing performance

• At least 3+ years of experience working closely with teams across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a strong plus

What You Can Expect

• Annual salary of $110,00-$120,000, commensurate with experience

• Work schedule of Friday to Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements

• 15% performance-based bonus, tied to individual and operational results
