As an Afternoon Shift Leader, you have the knowledge, skills, and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Operations Team in running a successful business.
What you'll do:
- Coach Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards
- Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate other
- Celebrate wins in the workplace and provide timely feedback

Customer service background preferred * Must be able to lift 25 lbs * Previous experience in Quick Service an asset * Business certificate, training or experience an asset * Friendly and outgoing * Flexible schedule * Previous management experience preferred * Have a “Can Do” attitude and passion to succeed and accomplish goals.
