At SMS Equipment, our Supervisor, Mining Field is responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of field service activities at customer mine sites. This role provides hands-on leadership to a team of tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy mining and construction equipment. You will play a key role in driving safety, quality, and performance while supporting both employees and customers in a dynamic field environment.
Work Location: Timmins, ONSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year plus Field Supervisor Work Location Allowance (~ $30,000 annually, prorated per pay)Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working at various customer mine sitesSchedule: 14x14 rotation (accommodations available)
