Aramark is looking for a Cook for the Thread Collective food service in Ville St-Laurent
Position: Cook
Location: Thread Collective (5001 Rue Lévy, Saint-Laurent, H4R 2N9)
Wage: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, to be discussed during the interview
Schedule / Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef in preparing the daily menu
- Participate in service operations
- Experience in catering preparation (asset)
- Demonstrate creativity while meeting client needs
- Ensure high quality food service and customer satisfaction
- Optimize food and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with management, health, hygiene, and food safety programs
- Monitor and control service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations (asset)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with rigor and method in daily tasks
- MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate (asset)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Autonomy in completing tasks
- Positive attitude, punctuality, honesty, and good judgment
- Customer service–oriented
