Doit être axé sur les gens et refléter un comportement enthousiaste, professionnel, très respectable et responsable. D'excellentes communications écrites, verbales et de suivi sont requises.

Il/elle doit aborder le poste comme un fournisseur de services complet, dont l'objectif est d'assurer la satisfaction du client au plus haut degré. L'individu doit posséder une large étendue du rôle qu'il joue pour assurer le succès continu de l'entreprise, de l'équipe et des comptes sous son influence directe, et être disposé à mener des activités de service d'une manière professionnelle qui reflète le membre de l'équipe investissement, engagement, responsabilité et « appropriation » de la clientèle et de l'entreprise elle-même.

Description des tâches du technicien de service :

  • Démontre les valeurs de l'entreprise et nos comportements pour les éléments suivants ; engagement et communication, ouverture d'esprit et courage, professionnel et respectueux et renforcement de l'esprit d'équipe avec tous les membres de l'équipe et collègues.
  • Fournir un service poli, professionnel et réactif aux clients.
  • Recherche et identifie en permanence des opportunités de revenus liés aux services complémentaires pour développer et développer les activités de service de district, telles que ; mises à niveau, modifications, contrats de service, ventes de pièces et de nouveaux équipements.
  • S'assurer que la bonne qualité du travail est effectuée sur les réparations de service, les mises à niveau et la maintenance préventive.
  • Les processus, procédures et protocoles de service sont détaillés, complets et conformes
  • Considéré le rôle d'un point de vue large, en veillant à ce que les opérations quotidiennes contribuent continuellement à la performance globale, à l'expérience client et aux initiatives et objectifs de l'entreprise/du service
  • Effectuer le service d'urgence, le diagnostic et la réparation, la maintenance préventive/planifiée, les instructions d'utilisation/de maintenance et les mises à niveau sur les portes automatiques, manuelles et revolver, à la fois sur les produits de l'entreprise et des concurrents.
  • Activement engagé dans la recommandation d'améliorations (mises à niveau et modifications) aux clients pour corriger et/ou améliorer les performances, la fonctionnalité et la sécurité des produits. Fournir des devis sur le remplacement des pièces portables et les échecs des contrôles de sécurité lors de l'exécution de la maintenance planifiée.
  • Maintenir un stock et un inventaire de camions appropriés pour soutenir le territoire et les KPI First Time Fix.
  • Maintenir le véhicule de l'entreprise à la fois en apparence [intérieur et extérieur] et en respectant le calendrier d'entretien du véhicule.
  • Maintenir une apparence personnelle propre et soignée conformément à la politique d'apparence de l'entreprise et représenter notre marque de manière professionnelle.
  • Étiquetez l'équipement et les affectations de porte terminées avec des décalcomanies approuvées du logo de l'entreprise.
  • Maintenir une réponse précise, détaillée et réactive à toutes les responsabilités administratives, telles que ; enregistrement du temps, notes de frais, rapports de service, mises à jour des dossiers des clients, achèvement de la liste de contrôle, enregistrement et départ sur IVR, etc.
  • Interface avec le client, l'utilisateur final et l'entrepreneur général d'une manière courtoise et professionnelle en tout temps.
  • Participer aux programmes de formation offerts et rester certifié AAADM.
  • Effectuer tous les travaux d'une manière sûre pour la prévention des accidents pour eux-mêmes, leurs collègues et l'utilisateur final sur le site et le grand public et la propriété de toutes les personnes concernées.
  • Portez et entretenez tout ou partie de l'équipement de protection individuelle si nécessaire.
  • Aider à tout/tous les inventaires comme indiqué.
  • Maintient l'inventaire des véhicules pour les outils d'installation et les fournitures.
  • Maintient la propreté et l'organisation des véhicules en tout temps.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les clients concernant l'arrivée sur le site, l'enregistrement, la mise à jour du service, le retour pour restaurer l'équipement et le départ. Cela comprend l'IVR, la paperasse et la demande spéciale du client.
  • S'assure que la relation client est considérée comme prioritaire et que toutes les questions et préoccupations des clients reçoivent une réponse à leur satisfaction.
  • Entretenir, réparer, réviser, dépanner, modifier, construire et tester divers types d'équipements électriques, électroniques et/ou mécaniques et les dispositifs connexes supportant les portes automatiques et manuelles.
  • Applique ses connaissances techniques des principes de l'électronique afin de mettre l'équipement en condition opérationnelle et de résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Dépanner et corriger les dysfonctionnements à l'aide d'équipements de test et de diagnostic spécialisés.
  • Autres tâches assignées.

Description des connaissances, des compétences et des capacités :

  • Forte aptitude électromécanique.
  • Carte CCQ 310 Monteur Mécanicien Vitrier Avoir carte valide, Si non on en fournira une si vous répondez au critère de la CCQ 310
  • Certification AAADM préférée.
  • Capacité à travailler en coopération et à communiquer à la fois par écrit et oralement en anglais.
  • Capacité de soulever jusqu'à 100 livres.
  • Capacité physique de soulever et de se pencher continuellement, de monter sur des échelles, de travailler à genoux pendant de longues périodes et d'être compétent dans l'utilisation d'outils électriques.
  • Comprendre et travailler avec les circuits électriques de base et la logique de relais.
  • Responsable, adaptable, ponctuel et fiable.
  • Capable de travailler de manière efficace et efficiente avec peu ou pas de supervision.
  • Respectez toutes les lois de la circulation locales et maintenez un bon dossier de conduite.

Excellent written, verbal and follow-up communications are required.

Description of Duty Technician Tasks:

Demonstrates the company's values and behaviors for the following elements; engagement and communication, open-mindedness and courage, professional and respectful and strengthening team spirit with all team members and colleagues. Provide polite, professional and responsive service to customers. Continuously research and identify revenue opportunities related to complementary services to develop and expand district service activities, such as; upgrades, modifications, service contracts, sales of parts and new equipment. Ensure that good quality work is done on service repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance. Processes, procedures and service protocols are detailed, complete and compliant Considered the role from a broad perspective, ensuring that day-to-day operations continuously contribute to overall performance, customer experience, and company/service initiatives and goals Perform emergency service, diagnosis and repair, preventive/scheduled maintenance, operating/maintenance instructions and upgrades on automatic, manual and revolver doors, both on company and competitor products. Actively engaged in recommending improvements (upgrades and changes) to customers to correct and/or improve product performance, functionality and safety. Provide quotes on the replacement of portable parts and failures of security checks when performing scheduled maintenance. Maintain an appropriate inventory and truck inventory to support the territory and First Time Fix KPIs. Maintain the company vehicle both in appearance [inside and outside] and respecting the vehicle maintenance schedule. Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance in accordance with the company's appearance policy and represent our brand in a professional manner. Label completed equipment and door assignments with approved decals of the company logo. Maintain an accurate, detailed and responsive response to all administrative responsibilities, such as; time recording, expense reports, service reports, client file updates, checklist completion, IVR recording and departure, etc. Interface with the customer, end user and general contractor in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Participate in the training programs offered and remain AAADM certified. Carry out all work in a safe manner for the prevention of accidents for themselves, their colleagues and the end user on the site and the general public and property of all concerned. Wear and maintain all or part of personal protective equipment if necessary. Assist with all/all inventories as indicated. Maintains vehicle inventory for installation tools and supplies. Keeps vehicles clean and organized at all times. Communicate effectively with customers regarding arrival at the site, check-in, service update, return to restore equipment and departure. This includes IVR, paperwork and special customer request. Ensures that the customer relationship is considered a priority and that all questions and concerns of customers are answered to their satisfaction. Maintain, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot, modify, build and test various types of electrical, electronic and/or mechanical and related devices supporting automatic and manual doors. Applies his technical knowledge of electronics principles to put equipment in operational condition and solve complex problems. Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions using specialized test and diagnostic equipment. Other assigned tasks.
Description of knowledge, skills and abilities:

Strong electromechanical ability. CCQ 310 Glazed Mechanic Board Have a valid card, If not, one will be provided if you meet the criteria of CCQ 310 Preferred AAADM certification. Ability to work cooperatively and communicate both in writing and orally in English. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Physical ability to lift and lean continuously, climb ladders, work on your knees for long periods of time and be proficient in using power tools. Understand and work with basic electrical circuits and relay logic. Responsible, adaptable, timely and reliable. Able to work effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision. Respect all local traffic laws and maintain a good driving record.
