This position is within our Central Therapy department, offering you the opportunity to experience a range of patient populations. Is this you?

You are a problem-solver who thrives in a specialized rehabilitation and complex continuing care setting, using clinical reasoning to tailor treatments to complex patient needs.

You adapt quickly, adjusting interventions in response to patient progress, setbacks, or changing mobility needs.

If you are driven to continuously improve your clinical knowledge, then you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to create individualized care plans that foster meaningful recovery. In this role you will: Assess, develop and implement physiotherapy treatment interventions utilizing sound clinical reasoning and evidence-based practices Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop comprehensive care plans, transition planning and engage in patient education as required Supervise Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA) in the delivery of Physiotherapy care plan Actively participate in team meetings to support patient care activities such as daily huddles, team rounds and family meetings. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in alignment with college and hospital standards Perform other duties consistent with the job classification as required Hours: Alternating Saturday’s 9:00am – 5:00pm Job Requirements: Mandatory Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) University degree from a recognized Physiotherapy program Current Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Authorizer for Mobility Aids.
