POSITION SUMMARY
:The Registered Dietitian - Facility Based is responsible for providing nutritional care and counseling for patients, residents and clients; participates as a member of the health care and dietitian teams; provides nutrition care plan instruction to nutrition services staff; contributes to the development of programs, menus, policies and procedures, and educational materials as related to nutrition care; participates in the strategic planning process and continuous quality improvement.
