Job description

With sixteen locations across Canada and the Western USA, we will continue expanding and strengthening our steel industry network.Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales Representative to work at our Saskatoon branch.Responsibilities:Full cycle customer service, including receiving and accurately processing ordersAnswering questions and following up with customersAnalyze and resolve customer complaintsAssisting in developing project bidsCreating and maintaining customer recordsDeveloping new and existing relationships with clientsOther duties as assignedRequirements:A post-secondary degree is preferredA good instinct for sales and building relationships with customersDriven and results-orientedHighly organized with a solid ability to track, manage, and follow through on detailsPreference will be given to candidates with prior sales experienceFamiliarity with office organization and environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, Effective use of technologyWork independently and as a team player with solid self-motivationKeen sense of confidentiality, Integrity, and professionalismSuperior work ethic with attention to detail; diligent, organized, and resourcefulProficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookJoining Cascadia Metals means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
