Job description
Are you passionate about the supply chain industry? Looking for an opportunity in a thriving market? Manpower is currently hiring overnight Package Handler (PM Sorter) for our client Purolator. This is a part-time position and is located in a fast-paced facility at 133 Jameson Drive, Peterborough. Don't miss this opportunity, apply today!

- Pay-rate: $18.00/hour + 4% vacation pay paid weekly
- Shift: Monday to Friday - 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Jameson Drive, Peterborough
What is the job?
- Unload curbside vehicles/trailers
- Load line haul trailers to ensure all pre-scheduled departures are met
- Scanning/Cubing/Reweighing
- Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands, and sorters)
- Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles
- Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading
- Adhere to all safety standards
- Regular and reliable attendance

- Team player
- Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Flexible to work additional hours or overtime
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Ability to lift weights up to 50-70lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer focus and communication
- G license an asset but not required
- Steel toed boots
