Senior Benefits Analyst - Global – Job Description
Provide expertise and support to the client as they coordinate and implement their employee group benefits model with 41+ vendors across a variety of global territories
Coordinate signatures of contracts between vendors and global signatories
Senior Benefits Analyst - Global – Mandatory Skills
5+ years supporting the implementation, coordination and operation of group employee benefits plans globally, preferably in a large organization
Experience with benefits operations within Latin America or Europe or Asia
Experience liaising, communicating directly with benefits carriers
Large organization experience
Excellent communication skills
