Your days will include:

• Monitoring customer accounts, analyzing discrepancies, and addressing overdue invoices.
• Tracking, reviewing, and facilitating approval for monetary customer claims.
• Compiling daily and weekly Accounts Receivable reports for effective financial tracking.
• Generating reports using production information as determined by the company.
• Ensuring that all metrics and reporting processes align with and support the production effort.
• Assisting in reviewing and strengthening Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), directives, and protocols within the finance department.
• Collaborating in preparing weekly and monthly business unit information for thorough reporting and analysis.
• Developing new tools, metrics, and SOPs as assigned for continuous improvement.
• Creating and importing daily production entries, performing account reconciliations, and identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex sets of data.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Grade 12; College Diploma in Business preferred.
• Office experience in Accounting, which is considered a valuable asset.
• The ability to concentrate on a task over a period without being easily distracted.
• The capacity to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to specific rules.
• The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to effectively solve problems.
