Excellent work-life balance with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday–Friday (no late nights or weekends) Consultation-based practice setting with more time for clinical care and patient support Collaborative environment with a team of top specialists in diabetes and endocrinology Competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonus opportunities Education Allowance (days and funding) and ongoing professional development and diabetes education opportunities Employee Appreciation Days Off Additional Holiday Closures RRSP Contribution Matching Comprehensive Health Benefits What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Pharmacy Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, while practicing to the full scope by providing diabetes counseling, training, education, comprehensive medication assessments, and dispensing services for patients The Pharmacy Manager will ensure compliance with company policies as well as provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, while meeting all requirements as a Designated Manager with OCP Manage and train other pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy students Work with the Operations Manager and Director of Pharmacy to meet key financial and performance metrics Collaborate with endocrinologists and other clinic colleagues to provide the best care to patients Stay current with diabetes guidelines and best practices to deliver evidence-based care What We’re Looking For: OCP Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing OCP Injection Certification – current certification and first aid 2-5 years of Ontario pharmacy practice and diabetes education experience preferred Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification preferred Previous management experience preferred Must have previous retail pharmacy experience Kroll proficiency and EMR experience an asset Interest in helping people with diabetes improve their health and wellbeing Ability to lead a team and inspire others to achieve operational goals and objectives Results oriented with financial and business acumen Interested in driving continuous improvement in processes and increasing efficiencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Compensation range: The expected compensation for the position is $90K-$120k/annually.

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's credentials, experience and geographic location in which the position is located.
