Job summary
Access Point Support representative is responsible for maintaining and growing customer business in the UPS Access Point Network. Making proactive sales and reactive support contact with UPS Access Point.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years experience in, MS Excel
Self Starter, work with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication Skills
Excellent analytical skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to build strong customer relationship
Bilingual
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
