Overview
Our client is a locally owned and operated mortgage brokerage that is experiencing exponential growth and hence currently looking to hire multiple Mortgage Loan Originators/ Officers to service our operations in Southern California specifically in areas of Newport Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
Responsibilities
- Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients
- Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements
- Manages a portfolio of customer relationships
- Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
- Strives to close 3-5+ loans/month
Qualifications
- NMLS (Required) 3 - 15+ years experience in Loan origination
- Looking for an overachiever and can prove Come build an empire within our fine, progressive company
- Solid experience in commercial, multi-family, and residential investment real estate lending.
- Self-starter with a proven track record.
- Strong background and knowledge of real estate lending.
- Ability to understand our market, bring deals in to meet sales targets
