Redhead Equipment has an exciting opportunity available for a Product Support Representative covering the areas around our Prince Albert branch. The successful candidate will provide ongoing parts, service and sales support to new and existing customers for all of our product lines including Machine Control and Precision Farming technologies.
At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, construction and truck and trailer equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
*Travel the assigned territory calling on customers for their parts and service needs, as well as developing new business opportunities
*Possess superior customer service, outstanding communications skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Demonstrated experience in Agricultural and/or Construction GPS technology is considered a large asset
*Be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
*Have previous sales, parts, or service experience
*Exhibit a sincere focus on customer satisfaction
*Strong computer and organizational skills
