Robert Half has a great opportunity available for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk with an organization that offers an appealing company culture among highly skilled professionals. The candidate's responsibilities in this role include attending to the general needs of the AP/Finance Department, while working closely and reporting to the Accounting Manager. Matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks will be the main focus points in this role. How you will make an impact
- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other document
Job Requirements:
- Account Coding experience highly desired
- Batching experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Matching 401
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
- Sage 50 experience preferred
- Well-founded grasp of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Asset
- Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
