Coordonnatrice des soins :
Relevant du Directeur général et directrice des soins, ce poste consiste à superviser, coordonner et contrôler les activités du service de l’unité des soins et dans la RPA. Doit assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’harmonie entre les équipes, doit vérifiez que les plans de travail soit bien respecté et bien suivis. S’assurer de la qualité des soins donnés aux résidents et faire des contrôles de qualité et donner des comptes rendus aux familles. Doit assurer la satisfaction et recherche d’amélioration continue de la qualité des services. Elle voit à la planification, coordonne et contrôle le département.
