Job Summary

As a Mortgage Agent. you'll receive leads from our site, using a modern loan origination platform that minimizes document management. In this role, your focus will be on the business and you'll work as part of a high-functioning team.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a knowledgeable, resourceful and self-motivated individual with a strong financial aptitude and organizational ability. Here, you'll work with a new model that frees you from processing loans, promotes extreme efficiency and allows you to do what you do best!

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
• Own and build your business with the support of our team
• Maintain relationships with targeted lenders
• Primarily be focused on originating a mortgage, completing an application and ensuring a client qualifies for a program from a specific lender
• Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing trainings
