Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing profitability of the branch through managing a strong income statement.
- Managing the branch to operational excellence
- Working with the outside sales team to develop new business through active engagement with target accounts, Core customer growth, and generating documented cost savings through solution selling (SSP).
- Creating and maintaining enthusiasm within the team.
- Key focus on driving customer service excellence.
Job Requirements:
Key Competencies (considered added assets):
5 years + experience in outside sales of mechanical projects to end users
- Intermediate computer knowledge
– Outlook, Word, Excel, Prior SAP experience.
- Understanding of business fundamentals
– Reading Income statements, expense reports and customer service.
- Prior experience managing people:
o Outside sales force
o Inside sales & Operations - Technical sales experience
- Understanding and application of Interpersonal skills.
