Voir au confort, à l'hygiène et au bien-être des bénéficiaires, les aider à se vêtir, répondre à leurs appels, leur servir les repas et les nourrir, les accompagner lors des sorties Le rôle des préposés aux bénéficiaires est de fournir des soins de base et de veiller au confort des personnes malades ou en perte d’autonomie. Elles/Ils donnent des soins dans les différents milieux institutionnels et privés en collaboration avec les infirmières et les médecins, ou encore ils fournissent du soutien directement à domicile.
Niveau d'études : DEP Assistance à la personne en établissements de santé. Terminé
Années d'expérience reliées à l'emploi : Minimum 6 mois d'expérience.
Description des compétences :
Sens de l'initiative, honnêteté, polyvalence, autonomie, être à l'écoute, sens des responsabilités et bon jugement, capacité à travailler en équipe.
Spécialités recherchées: Urgence, équipe volante, réadaptation.
Qualification professionnelle : PDSB, RCR en règle. Certificat de bonne conduite obligatoire
Langues demandées : langues parlées : français, langues écrites : français
