This is not a sit-back, run-the-payroll kind of GM role. This is a full ownership, performance-driven leadership position for a proven operator who knows how to build and lead high-performing teams, and wants to run a business, not just manage it.

You will lead by example and build high-performing teams that deliver consistent results across the dealership.
5) Upgrade Talent and Retention
What You Bring:
We are looking for an experienced GM, not someone ready for their first shot.
3+ years running a full dealership within an OEM dealer environment
Valid VSA license and in good standing with the VSA
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $150,000—$400,000 per year
