We extend our respect to all First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples for their valuable past and present contributions to this land.Job Description:Under the general direction of Early Learning Services and the program Supervisor, the EDP Support Worker will:provide active and engaged supervision to children between the ages of 4 – 12 yrs in our before and after school programs;provide opportunities for children that help to support physical, cognitive, emotional and social development;help to nurture and support children and their families;Provide support to the EDP program when there is a child/children with identified needs that require additional support.Required Qualifications:a diploma from the Child and Care Youth, Developmental Service Worker, or Recreation & Leisure programs;Candidates must have experience working with Kindergarten and/or School Age children;valid First Aid and CPR.Annual (or Hourly) Salary: The hourly wage is $23.54 per hour.
