THE ROLE
As the Barista, A-OK Café you will:
Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency
Inform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers
Uphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations
Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste
Maintain the condition and cleanliness of our spaces
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Barista, A-OK Café has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $25 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
