WHAT you're gonna do:

As a Server at Smitty’s, you’ll be the reason our guests come back!

  • Take orders and serve food and drinks with a smile
  • Know the menu, recommend like a pro
  • Keep service fast, friendly, and efficient
  • Build real guest connections
  • Handle payments accurately
  • Keep everything clean and sanitized
  • Work closely with your team


HOW you gotta be:

  • Friendly, upbeat, and cool under pressure
  • Available for a flexible schedule of evenings, weekends, and some holidays
