Job description
FRENCH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE TEACHER Occasional Teaching and LTOs Available Required Qualifications/Experience: FSL – Part 1 and/or other French qualifications as recorded on Ontario College of Teachers Certificate High degree of oral and written proficiency in the French language Primary and/or Junior and/or Intermediate Division Qualifications Desired Qualifications/Experience: Experience teaching in the Primary and/or Junior and/or Intermediate Division Trained in the Accelerated Integrated Method (AIM/Gestures) FSL – Part 2 or Specialist Excellent communication and collaboration skills This posting is for an applicant pool.Daily Rate for Unqualified- $280.41*Daily Rate for Qualified Teachers (dependent upon placement on the salary grid)- $289.19 - $619.73**these rates are per full-day worked Job posting related questions can be directed to Commitment to EquityYCDSB is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fostering equity and promoting an inclusive workplace culture that reflects the communities we serve.
