This is a full-time and permanent opportunity with an award-winning winery in the Okanagan. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and lead the marketing division for this company.

Your responsibilities will be a mix of strategy development (15%), sales (20%), marketing and event planning (30%), branding and advertising (15%), and communications and PR (20%). You will develop the marketing strategy and oversee the implementation; the Marketing Coordinator will be hands on, and bring your ideas to life.

What you will do and how you will make an impact …

[-] Create marketing strategies that promote this winery around the world

[-] Support long-term planning and strategy with the senior leadership team

[-] Own the branding and advertising for this winery, and manage the marketing collateral

[-] Create social media and digital marketing strategies

[-] Create and manage experiential marketing campaigns

[-] Manage the marketing budget and track key metrics

This is a full-time and permanent position that includes a competitive base salary, bonus program, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.
