Our client is a leader in the tech industry, they are seeking an Instructional Designer to join them for a 6-month remote contract. This client fosters a thriving, dynamic environment rich with inventive minds and the entrepreneurial spirit. They are a global organizations with offices around the globe.
The Role
The Instructional Designer will work to build learning tools for onboarding. This will involve creation of eLearning modules built in Articulate 360, as well as a WordPress portal to help employees access the learning. The Instructional Designer will work with their supervisor who will provide the content, to build engaging eLearning modules, as well as a user friendly WordPress portal. This role is primarily remote, with 1 day per week in the client's office in Waterloo.
Your Skills and Experience
About You
You have a passion for learning and development and have worked to develop onboarding training in the past, perhaps for a sales focused organization. You have strong skills with Articulate 360 and follow Adult Learning Methodologies. You are comfortable working with WordPress, and enjoy setting up user friendly sites.
